1. Fully responsible for the organization and implementation of the project, and managing the subcontracting team, including construction plan, schedule, quality, cost, safety, etc.;

2. Promote project acceptance and delivery;

3, responsible for coordinating the relationship between owners and local functional agencies;

4. Assist in business market promotion and development, and participate in project bidding;

5, responsible for team building, improve technical ability and execution;

6. Implement and complete the task indicators of the project;

Male, HVAC or electrical major, bachelor degree, more than 3 years working experience as project manager, proficient in AUTOCAD, OFFICE and other software, mechanical and electrical engineering company is preferred, fluent in Chinese and English is preferred.
