1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering management, mechanical, electromechanical, HVAC related fields, holding a first-class construction engineer or senior engineer certificate;
2. With over 5 years of experience in industrial plant mechanical and electrical engineering construction management, possessing strong adaptability and the ability to independently handle emergency situations;
3. Familiar with the construction process acceptance standards of various disciplines in engineering projects;
4. Possess skills, knowledge, and management experience in cost management, schedule management, quality management, and construction safety management;
5. Strong communication and expression skills, able to lead a team to independently complete projects;
6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of serving as a working language.
1. Participate in project meetings convened by clients and independently report on projects;
2. Lead the team to carry out the entire project operation, develop project plans and time allocation tables, supervise and control the progress of the project throughout all stages;
3. Review and monitor the progress of each stage of the project according to project requirements, coordinate internal work arrangements to meet customer needs;
4. Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project process, ensuring the project is completed on time and with quality assurance;
5. Follow up on the receipt of project funds and assist in timely recording of project funds at each stage;
6. Maintain good cooperative relationships with old customers, introduce the company's service scope, and strive for business cooperation opportunities;
7. Recruitment, training, performance management, team building, and development planning of team members.
