1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design;

2. Engaged in non-standard mechanical design for more than 5 years, with experience in whole machine and line design and successful cases. Experience in equipment design in the lithium battery industry is preferred;

3. Proficient in using SolidWorks, CAD drawing software, and Office software;

4. Proficient in pneumatic, mechanical transmission, material selection, heat treatment, surface treatment, sensor selection, motor selection, mechanical analysis, and motor selection;

5. Able to communicate well with customers, create standalone and offline solutions according to their needs, and follow up until the project is implemented;

6. Responsible and dedicated, willing to accept short-term business trips and overtime.

1. Responsible for product mechanical scheme design and on-site product installation scheme design for customers;

2. Responsible for organizing and archiving project engineering technical documents (specifications, drawings, verification reports, etc.), maintaining and improving project engineering documents (specifications, drawings, EC, etc.);

3. Assist the procurement department in finding suitable equipment and component suppliers, responsible for confirming the material specifications required for procurement and processing, and responsible for inspecting incoming machined parts;

4. Assist the mechanical supervisor or independently complete the mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly, and verification of project prototypes;

5. Cooperate with the project manager to provide after-sales service and Q&A support for on-site structural issues of customers;

6. Guide mechanical assembly, fine tune and modify on-site mechanical parts.
