1, responsible for online simulation teaching products pre-sales technical support, program production and publicity;

2. Provide technical support to customers;

3, responsible for major project delivery support, including on-site commissioning and product training;

4. Responsible for customer training

5. Responsible for the construction of knowledge operation system and content output of simulation teaching products

1, network communication products, maintenance, training, large-scale data center engineering construction experience;

2, proficient in data communication technology/optical transmission communication technology /LTE wireless communication technology, proficient in more than 3 related technologies, such as TCP/IP protocol stack, routing protocol, local area network technology, WAN technology, MPLS, VPN, Qos, DWDM, OTN, PTN, LTE, etc.;

3, Cisco/ ZTE/Huawei /H3C NP level and above certification is preferred;

4, good communication skills, presentation skills and teamwork skills, fluent in spoken Chinese and English is preferred.
