3, skilled use of CAD, draw changes and modifications, complete as-built drawings;

4, review the subcontract monthly completed project quantity;

5. Accounting drawings and materials and submitting procurement plans;

6, material inspection, data submission;

7. Managed the subcontracting team and coordinated the construction work;

8, construction quality inspection, timely process control;

9. Solve technical problems in construction;

10, timely report major problems in HVAC profession;

Male, bachelor degree, major equivalent, more than 8 years working experience, electromechanical company experience is preferred, fluent in spoken Chinese and English is preferred.
